Primary Responsibilities
As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing
- Receiving and processing routing orders from customers and agents.
- Coordination of Pickups/Deliveries
- Communicating with drivers to arrange efficient pickup and delivery schedules.
- Data Management
- Handling data entry, processing documents and managing shipment records.
- Carrier Communication
- Maintaining daily communication with air and ocean carriers to track shipment status. This includes phone and email correspondence.
- Shipment Tracking
- Providing customers with on-time and real-time updates on shipment tracking and tracing.
- Financial Accuracy
- Ensuring accurate input of accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) data.
- Issue Resolution
- Identifying, reporting and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.
Qualifications and Skills

- Experience:
