Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in managing materials and equipment flow within the warehouse. This includes satellite dishes, award-winning receivers, DVRs and other hardware, ensuring smooth operations to support customers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise documentation of inventory, including the quantity and type of equipment, merchandise and supplies stocked in the warehouse or assigned to service vans.
  • Conduct regular stock checks of warehouse products, saleable goods and van inventory on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • Receive and stock new inventory shipments, returned equipment and vendor supplies. Prepare shipments for remanufacturing and record all distributed hardware details in the system.
  • Complete inventory transactions and link them to the appropriate accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Package and ship equipment to remote employees, ensuring timely and efficient delivery with proper documentation.
